Do I own the website?

Yes. We register the domain in your name. Our contract gives you written rights to the text, photos and logo that we make for your website. The photos you give us stay yours.

What happens if I leave?

You keep your domain. We give you a full copy of your website and its content, so that you can move it to another provider. We delete or return your customer enquiry data.

Who writes the content?

We write it from the facts you give us: your services, your area, your qualifications and photos of your work. You check and approve every fact before we publish it.

Do you use AI?

We may use AI tools to help draft text. A person checks it, and you approve every fact. We never use AI to make photos of your work, your team or your premises, and we never make reviews.

Do you guarantee rankings or leads?

No. Nobody can honestly guarantee a position in Google or a number of enquiries. We build your website to good standards so that search engines and customers can read it easily.

How much does it cost?

There is a monthly subscription and a one-off setup fee. We are agreeing prices with our first clients now. Send us an email and we will tell you the price.

Which areas do you cover?

We work with businesses across England. We work remotely, so your location does not matter. Your website shows the area that you serve.

Who is it not for?

At the start, we cannot help businesses that need online booking, an online shop, finance offers or complex integrations, or businesses with many locations.
